Shipping Policy
At RigidSpan, we want our shipping and delivery information to be clear before you place an order. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping costs, order processing times, estimated delivery times, tracking procedures, shipping restrictions, and how we handle delivery-related issues.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to eligible residential and commercial addresses within the contiguous United States.
Excluded Destinations: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, freight forwarders, or international addresses outside the United States.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer Free Express Shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States.
Shipping costs, if any, will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Our goal is to deliver your shelving unit as safely and quickly as possible. Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Estimated Transit Time: After your order ships, the estimated transit time is 2 to 5 business days.
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: Most orders are estimated to arrive within 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation.
5. Free Express Shipping Explanation
Free Express Shipping is our standard shipping method for eligible orders within the contiguous United States. The total delivery estimate includes our 1–2 business day processing time plus the estimated 2–5 business day transit time after shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier handling, weather, holidays, address verification, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside our control.
6. Carriers and Fulfillment
Orders may ship through major commercial parcel carriers or approved fulfillment partners. The exact carrier selected for your order may vary depending on product size, delivery destination, and fulfillment availability.
7. Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after the package has been scanned.
8. Large or Heavy Item Shipping
RigidSpan products are large, heavy metal garage shelving units. Due to their size and weight, some orders may ship in large or multiple boxes.
Large or multi-item orders may ship in separate packages, and tracking numbers may be provided separately. Please handle packages with care upon delivery.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including full name, street address, apartment or unit number if applicable, email address, and phone number if requested.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, it may result in delivery delays, failed delivery, or returned packages. Shipping addresses cannot always be changed after an order is placed. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at support@rigidspan.com.
10. Delayed Orders
While we work to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally happen. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address verification issues, high-volume periods, product availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
11. Lost, Missing, or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please take the following steps:
- Check your immediate delivery area, porch, side doors, garage area, mailroom, or package room.
- Check with household members, building management, or neighbors.
- Review the carrier tracking page for delivery notes, delivery photos, or location details.
If you still cannot locate your package after 24 hours from the “delivered” scan, please contact us at support@rigidspan.com so we can assist you with the next steps.
12. Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package and product as soon as it is delivered. If your package arrives with visible shipping damage, or if you open it and discover that the product is damaged, please contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label, packaging materials, and damaged product so we can review the issue and help resolve it according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
13. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at support@rigidspan.com as soon as possible.
Orders can only be changed or canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard return process after the item is delivered.
14. Shipping Policy Consistency
The shipping information shown on our product pages, checkout page, and Google Merchant Center settings should match this Shipping Policy. If you notice any shipping information that appears unclear or inconsistent, please contact us before placing your order.
