RigidSpan is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced on our website, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services, browse our products, or place an order.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you are using the Services with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, payment information, and contact information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

Section 3 - Our Products

RigidSpan sells metal garage shelving units, freestanding storage racks, workshop shelving, utility shelving, and related storage products.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, capacities, assembly notes, images, and use-case guidance. However, colors or product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, manufacturing updates, packaging updates, or minor production variations.

Lifestyle images are used to show possible storage use cases. Storage bins, tools, boxes, equipment, props, and other items shown in product or lifestyle images are not included unless the product page clearly states that they are included.

All product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability may be updated or changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of products offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Section 4 - Product Use and Safety

RigidSpan shelving products are designed for storage use only. Product weight capacities apply only when weight is evenly distributed across the shelves and the product is properly assembled and used as intended.

  • Do not climb on, hang from, exercise on, overload, modify, misuse, or use shelving racks for body-weight support.
  • Always follow the assembly instructions provided with the product.
  • Place heavier items on lower shelves for better stability.
  • Do not use products outdoors or in harsh environments unless the specific product page clearly states that the item is suitable for that use.
  • Do not exceed the stated capacity shown on the product page.

Improper assembly, unsafe use, overloading, misuse, modification, or use outside the intended storage purpose may result in product damage or injury and may affect return eligibility.

Section 5 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. RigidSpan reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order for fulfillment. An order confirmation email means we have received your order request, but it does not guarantee final acceptance or shipment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. RigidSpan may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests after an order has been processed or shipped.

If we do not accept, change, hold, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or hold orders for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, incorrect shipping information, address restrictions, reseller activity, or violation of these Terms.

Your purchases are subject to returns and refunds only in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal, household, workshop, or business storage use and not for unauthorized resale, fraudulent activity, or export in violation of applicable law.

Section 6 - Prices and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price shown at checkout at the time the order is placed. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges that may be shown separately at checkout.

We currently offer Free Express Shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States, subject to our Shipping Policy.

If a promotion is offered, that promotion may be subject to separate terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern for that specific promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, payment, and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your information, including email address, payment details, and shipping address, so we can complete your transaction and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that any payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; that you are authorized to use the payment method provided; and that you will pay all charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes or shipping charges shown at checkout.

Section 7 - Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

We offer Free Express Shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, freight forwarders, or international addresses outside the United States.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit time after shipment is 2–5 business days. Most orders are estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days from order confirmation.

All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, address verification issues, product availability, high-volume periods, or other events outside our reasonable control.

RigidSpan products may be large and heavy. Some orders may ship in large or multiple boxes. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us promptly if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Risk of loss may pass to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, subject to applicable law and our policies for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items.

Section 8 - Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We offer 30-Day Returns from the delivery date for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must generally be unused, unassembled, in original packaging, and returned with all parts, hardware, manuals, accessories, and included components, unless the return is due to a verified damaged, defective, or wrong item issue.

Do not send any item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns or items sent to an incorrect address may not be accepted.

Section 9 - Intellectual Property

Our Services, including but not limited to the RigidSpan brand name, logos, text, product copy, images, graphics, videos, design elements, layout, and arrangement of content, are owned by or licensed to RigidSpan, SWTMAIN LLC, our affiliates, or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, resell, or exploit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

RigidSpan names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or brand assets of RigidSpan, SWTMAIN LLC, or their licensors. You must not use them without prior written permission.

Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans appearing on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Section 10 - Optional Tools

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services. We may not monitor, control, or have input over those tools.

You acknowledge and agree that access to such tools is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We are not liable for any issue arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Your use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should review and understand the terms provided by the relevant third-party provider before using those tools.

We may also offer new features, tools, or resources in the future. Such new features will be considered part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms of Service.

Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the third party.

RigidSpan is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with RigidSpan.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and RigidSpan, including any injury, damage, loss, return, refund, shipping issue, product issue, or customer service matter related to products purchased from RigidSpan.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with RigidSpan, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify in order to provide and improve the Services.

RigidSpan does not provide a broad lifetime warranty, blanket product guarantee, commercial certification, industrial certification, rustproof guarantee, waterproof guarantee, or indefinite lifespan guarantee unless such warranty or certification is clearly stated on the specific product page.

Some jurisdictions limit or do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you.
